I can't ge on my server , i i tried other servers and i got on no problem. i tried turning server on and of and restarting. but still not working. Please advice

i can’t ge on my server , i i tried other servers and i got on no problem. i tried turning server on and of and restarting. but still not working. Please advice.

g- portal helped , it’s resolved. thank you. but server setting still have issues from different ticket
