i cant join my freind with he have mods on

You don’t give us much to work with. Can you play singleplayer with the same mods your friend is using? Maybe your PC can’t handle loading them.

the game needs to restart if you load mods with the auto load.
are you waiting long enough for the game to restart on it’s own?

also try loading the mods manually in the proper order.
