I don’t know what to do with that. I used anti virus, anti malwares, anti everything, and all tell me my pc its clean. I wanna play the official servers but its imposible to me.

Could you try verifying the integrity of your game files? (Right click on Conan Exiles in your Steam library, Properties, Local files -> Verify Integrity of Game files).
Sometimes this issue is also caused by outdated drivers, so keeping your system up-to-date is usually a good thing to do.
