I can't use the Crimson Scorpion even though I unlocked it in the Battle Pass - can someone help me? (Also missing emotes from Bazaar!)

Hi there!

Today I wanted finally try out the Crimson Scorpion for the first time that I earn in the Battle Pass in AoW Chapter II time ago.

However, the “knowledge” for this is only shown to me in the game right now. I can’t unlock it for zero points. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug? A quick search didn’t turn up anything to me, so I hope I don’t post twice about the issue here.

PS. I also noticed today that a number of emotes that I acquired over time in the BLB and can no longer use are missing. Has anyone had the same or similar problems recently?

Addition: I just realized that, for whatever reason, I suddenly can’t use anything outside of the base game and the DLCs. What’s going on here!?

I have the “knowledge” from Battle Passes, Black Lotus Bazaar, and from my Twitch Drops and should be able to unlock it all at once for 0 points. But that doesn’t work!

Log out of the game completely. Reopen/Rejoin the game.

Sounds like you are offline, or have no connection to Funcom Live Services. If FLS cannot connect to your game, it disables access to Battle Pass/Bazaar items.

This may be caused by your internet connection, antivirus or firewall settings. Or it may be an error in FLS itself, but when that happens, we usually see more people complaining.
