Saga Server characters can not be restored after deletion.
I understand that this is a frustrating circumstance for many players. Currently, the Saga server is configured very similarly to our old Blood & Glory PvP servers. In the same way, deleted character restoration is not available.
We are investigating configuring future Saga Servers to allow character restoration. We will update with any future changes to this situation.
