Can you please restore my deleted character on Saga of Zath?

Q: I killed the boss in Raid Finder for my Saga of Zath Quest, but I didn’t get credit. Is the game broken?
A: The bosses for Saga of Zath must be defeated in an organic raid composition. You will not be able to get credit for these bosses through the Raid Finder.

I’m a returning player and some of my achievements aren’t showing up, how can I get them updated?

I mistakenly looted an item in a raid, can you give it to the person who should have received it?

A raid member rolled need on an item not for their class, can you give me the item?

Q: I killed my twelfth world boss, but the Chronicler just gave me the quest again. How can I get my reward?
A: This situation will require the attention of a GM, and the sooner we hear about it the better. Please open a petition as soon as possible for assistance with this. -
Why didn’t I receive bonus tokens from the cache or chest I opened as a member?

Q: I’m a returning player and I can’t find my old character(s), how can I recover them?
A: We’ll be happy to assist you with recovering your old characters. In order to do so, though, we’ll need you to open an email ticket at help.funcom.com. Please include any and all relevant information you can recall, such as character and account names and email addresses that may have been on the account. -
Q: Why did my payment fail?
A: Unfortunately, there are a ton of reasons a payment could fail. We’ll need to investigate your payment individually to determine exactly what happened.
