  • Q: I’m a returning player and I can’t find my old character(s), how can I recover them?
    A: We’ll be happy to assist you with recovering your old characters. In order to do so, though, we’ll need you to open an email ticket at help.funcom.com. Please include any and all relevant information you can recall, such as character and account names and email addresses that may have been on the account.

  • Q: Why did my payment fail?
    A: Unfortunately, there are a ton of reasons a payment could fail. We’ll need to investigate your payment individually to determine exactly what happened. Some of these failures will require an account specialist to assist with. If Live Chat is available, feel free to start one so that we can get you immediate service. If Live Chat is closed, you can submit and email ticket here and we’ll respond as quickly as we can.
