I play in the #8069 Siptah American official server and around 21:00 (Germany time) I was climing a mountain when i got, somehow, into the rock and killed with all my stuff on me. I tryed to look for my body but, unfortunately, i wasn’t able to find it again.
I really look forward a solution for it and somehow get my backpack back because it took me a lot of my rare time to collect those things and it’s not fair to loose it like that. I mean, if i get raid i get ir, but because a bug? No.

Sounds like maybe you got killed by the undermesher system. You should create a big ticket with the relevant information on your exact location coordinates where this happened. Maybe FC can identify the issue and correct it so that it doesn’t happen to anyone else.
Hey! How do I create that ticket? I hope i can get a GM to check on the log and identify the problem. Also, get my stuff back.
