Ive now ordered the $20 2600 crom coins TWICE and still nothing showing up! How do i go about getting what i paid for?!

You can try Zendesk, but it will either take days or they won’t bother.
Your best chance is to contact playstation support over on the playstation website and inform them you never recieved your purchase - in which case they can reimburse you and you can get your money back.
Well, all the times I had that problem they were extremely fast solving it.

You have that option in the main menu of the game. Select the proper subject from the drop down menu.
They’ll contact you shortly after by e-mail. Make proof of the payment and they will solve it in no time.
If you have not done so, please complete a Zendesk ticket. You want to choose “In-game Purchase.” The Help Center team is the only one with access to the Payment System. The Forum Staff will not be able to assist you with this.
