I have been trying to play again since February and I cannot seem to get any emails for account password reset nor anything else from support. I have been trying on a regular basis and the only emails I have are from back in 2023 when I was playing with my son. Please help.
What is your character name?
I do believe my main one is Matrixman but I’m pretty sure on the same account I have one called LunaCaprice or SierraLuna. Like I said it has been three years so I’m not completely sure. I just remember the account name because of the verification emails from when I merged over from TSW.
Matrixman does exist, but not the other two.
I don’t think you lose access to account even if you are banned, did you forget the password?

Yes I am on the stand alone client and yes, I forgot the password. I have tried every way to reset the password since Late Feb. but I don’t get the emails for it. I have made sure that the emails are not going to my junk folder ( as I said the last email I got was back in 2023) and every time I submit a ticket to support I get 0 response even from the automated system.
