Here is a NON-KSR Assault Rifle clear, just to show that off-brand Assault Rifle can be used, and really I just want to round out the collection of videos showing different weapons in E17 Dark Agartha.

Adjusted my build based on this video and managed to finish 2 more waves of OD than I have been getting. Thanks, Jimmy.

Not really the biggest issue, just a question…

Tear the Veil doesn’t leave any ground marks (it’s the 3 spiralling outward purple clouds by the Yuki Onna), does anyone know if there are safe spots in the pattern? It’s about the only ability I’ve never gotten “defeat boss without taking damage from this effect” (along with fork) cause I can’t find a way to fight the boss and not take damage from it. In fork’s case it’s just too short a cast time for me to pick a safe direction to dodge, but here I have absolutely no idea where I’m safe from it, or how long to wait before walking across areas where it’s already been.

Also what are the actual mechanics of the vampire’s new move? (forget the name, sorry) It spawns a ~4m bloody area under the boss, but it feels like if I go within ~7m of the boss while he’s in that I take damage and it spawns a new bloody spot.

For Tear the veil…go to one edge of the platform so you can run to the other when it is coming. If it is in the center than it is unlikely to not get hit. Fork you need to dodge to the side since that is save and reengage after the central cirlce goes away.

Keep her on edge of one side of platform. If u see 3 circle on ground, run to order side of platform.

Blood font spawns a circle under the boss and a circle under where you’re stood when the cast starts. If you walk into either circle then you’ll take damage, so you normally need to either interupt the cast, or run away from the boss a bit when he casts it so that he will immediately move towards you and out of his circle.

technically you can be inside tear the veil and not take damage, but its tricky as hell and super easy to accidentally nick a side of one of the clouds if you are forced to move to avoid an attack, because yes the the visual is… fluffy? and theres no chalk outlines.
so yea, the best way for to get that achievement is what everyone else is saying, drop it on one side of the platform and run to the other.
BUT, you can stand inside the space in between the arms of the cast, its just super dangerous

I think it must be failing to draw the one on me pretty often then, I have seen it occasionally but usually I’m right up on the boss during the cast and it just drops 1 visible one.
