Illegally-Modified Dreadloch Tigress bugged?

The weapon Illegally-Modified Dreadloch Tigress should have 11 sec at 1487 AS skill:
I got 1492 and still got 12 sec AS recharge

Is it normal?

Doubt it is related or they change mechanic (or i never understood how special recharge worked).

Specials
Aimed Shot
1500 skill needed to cap Aimed Shot recharge at 11 secs

Fling Shot
1599 skill needed to cap Fling Shot recharge at 6.40 secs

It can’t actually go to 11s, since the weapon recharge is 1.4s so the minimum recharge is 11.4s. I don’t remember if this shows as 12s if you press the AS button to fast for the rounding to show less or not. I have a vague memory of rounding values rounding up. So it shows 12s all the way down to 10.9s left.

That is really interesting because i had no idea about this.
As you stated: AOitems: Aimed Shot 1487 (11.4s).

I tryed with my trader (silverback mk6 ql300 which have 1,6 recharge and AS 11,6 recharge)

same for $\ 16x16$ Angst of the Xan

But for Tigress it shows 12 sec whatever fast i try to spam AS buttom

Damn something wrong or i’m totaly noob as Forz stated (paperpvperking!)?

And cap should be 1487 AS skill according to aoitems and ingame BOT (FORZ again you fail)

Hmmm no idea. Tested on my mp with 1530 AS skill and aparently AS capped at 11s (11,4), tested with 1500 skill, as u said 12s… weird

I failed hard xD
