Whats the difference between apply warpaint and buff yourself with warpaint journey? How do I buff myself with warpaint?

You need the Functional Warpaints feat, which you can get at level 42. That allows you to craft a warpaint that buffs one of your attributes. It requires a papyrus scroll, a brush, some dragonpowder and a dye specific to that attribute.

Thanks I was thinking that all warpaints gave you a buff for some reason lol and think ive been playing conan forever.
