Imbue wisp bug still not fixed after 2 years

Basic Info:

Platform: Steam
Issue Type: Gameplay
Game Mode: Online Private
Server Type: PvE
Map: Exiled Lands
Server Name: Band of Outcasts (RP, Casual, NO MODS)
Mods: None

Bug Description:

If I cast imbue wisp and then remove the effect I can’t cast it again unless I log out and back in. The cast animation is triggered but no wisp is created. (This is the description taken from a bug report made in JULY 2023.. Y’ALL STILL HAVEN’T FIXED IT)

Bug Reproduction:

Cast imbue wisp, remove the effect, and then try to cast it again.

I would like to add that there is no problem to cast it again if you die while the imbue wisp is active.
