I have experienced that a lot the 1st day I got the game which is a few days ago before the update came in a few days later.
Possible solutions:
- Restart Game/Application
- Keep repeating until Step 1 is resolved
Note: I had to this a bunch of times before and not anymore or not so much after the current update
