Since September 25th I have not been able to access the official server #1977, it just stays on the loading screen and does not enter. I’ve already checked game files, restarted internet modem, reinstalled the game and nothing helped. I’ll end up losing my bases and almost a year of farming.
Can someone help me? How can I log into the server?

Same here, i checked game files and infinite loading remains. In the morning I can log in sometimes.

Tente verificar os arquivos ou até mesmo entrar em outro horários
atualize seu drive de GPU e outras atualizações que o windows pendentes em seu computador
Caso tudo isso não funcione entre em contato com o suporte FUNCOM Zendesk
■■■■■■ never fixes this problem in 1977, if the person logs in in the morning they can log in, after 10am they don’t log in anymore, they have to keep trying about 20 times to sometimes get it, how long does this ■■■■■■ last? What does it cost you to check this???
after getting stuck on the infinite loading screen is there any form of leaving it without closing the game client?
Sim mas não vai perder a base e recomendo jogar por mais de 30 minutos também conferir o tempo da base com o martelo de reparos por que sempre a g-portal muda o tempo… Servidor oficial é público então sempre acontece isso já perdi a conta das vezes que falei sobre o problema aqui mas hoje em dia está menos pior que antes… A FUNCOM deveria diminur a quantidade de jogadores ON-LINE para servidores públicos passando de 40 para 20 já iria resolver muito e não teria tanto LAG para todos @Funcom_Community
Sai apenas se fechar parando o jogo na steam ou epic games mas também pode finalizar o jogo direto… O máximo da tela de carregamento é até ficar com 100% da barra completa e se carregar a barra toda por mais de 1 minuto certeza que não vai abrir o jogo e deu looping de loading

in my case is:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Conan Exiles\ConanSandbox\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
here you need to update the value of the last login ip to the ip of the server 1977 wich is 92.38.151.73
Buenas yo estaba teniendo el mismo problema hace dias y recien pude loguear gracias a que se me ocurrio probar editar el archivo game dentro de los archivos del juego, en mi caso la ruta del juegos es
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Conan Exiles\ConanSandbox\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
ahi en ese archivo le editamos el ultimos server logueado a la ip del 1977 la cual pueden sacar del archivo mismo que es esta 92.38.151.73
O mais simples de se fazer é entrar usando o comando na tela de menu do conan exiles:
1 Aperte “insert”
2 digite: “DirectConnect”
3 inclua o ip e porta para conexão
Assim que entra no servidor PVEC1977 diretamente: DirectConnect 92.38.151.72:28000
Você também pode usar outro IP entrar no servidor 1977 DirectConnect 92.38.151.73:28200

Todos os dias a noite é tenso entrar no servidor, tem que tentar umas 20 vezes e se der sorte ele loga, aí é torcer que não de kick , mas 1977 sempre foi um caos, quando não é loop infinito é offline por semanas, passa ano entra ano e nunca arrumam esse server e se forem ver é somente ele, pode entrar em qualquer outro server S.A que loga normalmente e lá roda liso liso.

Não sei se é relevante a informação, em 3 dias diferentes passados, sendo na madrugada de ontem e de hoje eu consegui conectar no servidor depois das 3h, desconectei por 3 x e reconectei para testar e foi tranquilo, normalmente, sem ter feito nenhuma maracutaia para entrar no jogo, e hoje a tarde, por volta das 16h eu consegui conectar também por 2 x normal, porém agora a noite, 23h já não consegui, fiquei no loop do carregamento.
Eu gostaria muito que a funcom junto com a g-portal fizessem uma auditoria ou dessem uma atenção séria no servidor # 1977, não tenho provas mas como já ocorreu antes de jogadores de nosso servidor descobrirem bugs que causavam Crash no servidor e ficavam fazendo isso o tempo todo para prejudicar o jogo dos demais.
Acredito que alguém descobriu algum tipo de bug para impedir outros jogadores de conectarem no servidor, suspeito apenas, mas seria importante uma atenção séria com relação à esse problema.

I would really like funcom together with g-portal to carry out an audit or give serious attention to server #1977, I have no proof but as it happened before, players on our server discovered bugs that caused crashes on the server and kept doing this all the time to harm the game of others.
I believe that someone discovered some kind of bug to prevent other players from connecting to the server, I just suspect it, but it would be important to pay serious attention to this problem.
