Infinite loading screen on 1117

Bug Description:

Several players are experiencing infinite loading screen today (11th of May 2022) when loging in 1117.

Installed Mods:

None.

Steps to Reproduce:

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. Please be as detailed as possible; the more details, the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Step 1 Turn-on the game
  2. Step 2 Try to connect to the server
  3. Step 3 Admire the infinite loading screen

Hi i have experienced this bug some times, try to log in on other servers to confirm that is a server side problem , then you need to fill a report server ticket at zendesk, this should take some time, but they usually restart the server solving the problem at least unitl he next time.

select the option: Official Server Performance (downtime, connection issues, etc.)

Ofc i checked other servers: they work perfectly well. It’s the well known server-dependent infinite loading screen.

how long does it take for fancom to restart the server

Same for me. I cannot login since this morning. It stucks at loading screen.

As far as i know, the auto-restart of the server last night solved the problem.
