ive contacted xbox services 3 times now and nothing has been resolved ive tried to contact funcom but in order to i need an game id which i cant even signm up for as there is no where to sign up. the problem is ive installed conan exiles from game pass on my pc and everytime i launch it it greets me with a signing in screen that infinitely loads, ive waited up to 3 hours and got to round 30 on zombies probably about 3 times in this duration. if possible, attatched is a image of the problem, i really just want to play my favouyrite game

May you, please, follow this steps in order to see if this issue persists?
- Open the Xbox app for Windows.
- In My Library, select the game title.
- Select the More options (…) button and choose Manage.
- Select Files and then Verify and repair.
