Hi everyone,
My clanmate and I are on an Official PVE server. I searched for the forum for an answer before posting, but I could not find what I was looking for.
We went through our Thralls today and many of them, including Dancers who never leave our house now have 0 lives left. One more down if you will before they are fully dead.
But, they had 2 strikes previously.
As a test we put down two new fresh Accursed Zerkers. They have only o strikes. So it has one go before it dies. I managed to capture a new Lionelle and she also only has 0 strikes now.
I checked the log because it will tell you if someone has died and lost their second life, but no one, except for a purge thrall (A Lian) was downed once.
Is anyone else having this happen, or did I miss a memo or something?
Yeah, this has been happening for quite a while - seems to be some servers and not others, from what the reports suggest.
(For links to other reports - see the player-maintained bug thread - section ‘Multiplayer Servers’ - “On some servers, follower thralls have 1-3 strikes (DBNO) upon placement or purchase as well as after server resets and if killed it will be permanent - Since January 30, 2025”)
It would be a good idea to report this to Helpshift - Contact Us — Conan Exiles Help Center - so the devs can be made aware it is still ongoing.

I was not sure if it was a bug or an intended change I was not aware of. We are on offical PVE so I will mention that as well.
My buddy and I will do the reporting that you mentioned.
As an addition. I just logged in after the server reboot. This is what I am seeing. Again. Official PVE server and many of the thralls in these logs are locked away in my castle as they are crafters. Something has gone horribly wrong here.
Adding to this.
Something happened on the 20th - 21st of this month.
All captured thralls (not just existing) only have 1 life. There is no more DBNO mechanic for any thralls. I tried zerkers, regular thralls, a Delincia, an accursed Delinsia and a Brute. The results are all the same
