- Drowned Vault Armors not reliably staying learned - link

- New ‘orb rack’ opens player inventory window when clicked on, as if it is intended to allow storage but does not have its own inventory window - link
- VRAM-related crashes due to weather/particle system - possibly related to Nvidia Overlay - link
- Thrall inventory window displaying player name instead of thrall name - link
- Bazaar preview panel showing player and preview overlapped - link
- Thralls retained from before the transfer to UE5 have grey hair - link
- Harpy’s Kiss Arrows do not equip to bows - link
- Notes no longer pinned to wall with a knife, can now only be placed flat on a table/bench - link
- Exploit enabling players to give thralls excessive ‘concussion’ damage bonuses, enabling them to knock out characters that should not be possible to knock out (eg Szeth the Drunk) - link

Multiplayer Servers -
Bases that decay on PVE servers are leaving behind fields of loot bags that can’t be looted (and don’t disappear for hours (or sometimes more than a week) - since July 28, 2026 - link
On some servers, follower thralls have 1-3 strikes (DBNO) upon placement or purchase as well as after server resets and if killed it will be permanent - Since January 30, 2025 - link

Golem stands now have chest lids in the middle of them (apparently cutting through the golems’ knees) - since 21 July 2026
