Problem: Game breaking bug
Region: PvP server 3790
One of our bases suddenly became invisible and caused massive lag, the game crashed and all of my clan was unable to log in. Came back after server restart to find we lost everything after dying from hunger. The base was located on the hill right of new Asgard. Is it possible to have our gear and inventory returned?

Were there any entries in the Event Log related to this event?
Could you share more details on the occurrence, such as whether there were any clan members nearby when it happened and if any specific action(s) triggered it?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide any refunds of materials or equipment lost, as there is no MMO-like admin support for the game in official servers.
