Is this a friendly server?

This isn’t a server. It is the ‘forums’. But, I’ve found these forums to be friendly enough. Those that aren’t so friendly don’t tend to stay long, for whatever reason.
But, in general, if you’re playing online, on an actual Official server, the general rule of thumb is don’t be a d*ck. If you interact with others in a friendly way, regardless of what type of server you’re on (PvE, PvE (c) or PvP) others will treat you friendly too. I’ve found, in my years of playing this game, that servers are like mirrors to your soul. They will reflect back at you how you act and interact with others.

If you asking if there any friendly PVP (official?) servers…
Yes they are, just pick low pop EU (well, i am playing EU region, so cant tell about others), and you will be fine…
I played them since 2018, all my bases just decayed later, and not being raided once (miracle?).
Last base was lost stability (glitch?) or erased by (whom?) just in front of my eyes. Probably for blocking canyon (which have no value or purpose or loot even name or POI).
Just stay low, do not use chat or else, make hidden base, and couple decoy bases, be friendly and respectful with others.
Last time i played server with probably 1-4 active players always online and bunch of others. With some big alpha clan bases (from previous wars) and bunch of little ones. Every1 just mind their own business -that’s all.
