Hello everyone, we play on official pvp server and another clan built a giant wall all around our base and we can’t enter or leave our base except using the maproom .! Is this a behavior that can be bannable? Thank you all

If you don’t mind a bit of advice, make sure that you’re polite when you talk to them. If you lose your temper and say something rude, they can report you for that and you may end up getting banned instead of them.

Still report them via zendesk. They may do this to other players in the future and you now have the opportunity to prevent this. Take as many screenshots / videos of the wall as you can and include them in your report. Funcom, although slow, will get to it eventually and bans will come.

If you can’t get them to stop, then as CodeMage mentioned, you can file a report on Zendesk form.
But from there, since you have a way out, might I suggest getting a hidden outpost for some basic materials production and then get your treb and bomb factory going? Material costs for trebs and bombs are not contingent on thralls anymore, thankfully. If you are dedicated to fighting the group that did this, you can blow up or treb openings in the wall, then buildblock them from closing it back in. Sadly, now that they have the wall up, you’ll have to maintain the fight. They can reset their decay just by passing by. You’ll never be rid of the wall unless you blow it up yourself, or move to a new location, and set up shop with this method of gameplay in mind.
And as Harperson said, Funcom is slow, especially depending on the infraction. Be patient and fight, dig in like a parasite, or sadly, move on. Good luck in your fight!

How are you getting back into your base? Out I understand but unless the wall encompasses an obelisk as well than you can’t use the maproom to get back in?
Total shot in the dark here, but probably pulling bracelet to get back in. That’s what I used to do to get back into my hard-to-get-to bases.

That’s what I was thinking. Have to suck not being able to get anything back inside, unless it’s no dod.
You can use purge by luring mobs to that wall
Not being rude per se, but it’s a safe guideline to follow when you’re trying to avoid being banned because a troll griefed you and then reported you when you got pissed off. They specialize in that sort of behavior.
“Verbal harassment” would have been more accurate, but get 10 people in the room and ask them what “verbal harassment” means, and you’ll get 15 different opinions.
I’m not even going to go there. There have been enough threads about in-game verbal harassment and there are still a few active even now. No need to derail this one.
