I’m trying to figure out how to make the third step update: “Use a fragment of power”
I’ve turned in all I can at the Tower library. I can’t learn any more, and I’ve also tried crafting something that uses fragments. Is there something I’m missing?
Have you tried using it from your hotbar like a potion?
Doing so gives knowledge points and should complete that journey step.
