Is there a barkeep to rescue in the Island of Siptah? I googled and maybe I’m doing it wrong. Is it any random cage or a particular area to find them? OR do I have to beat a raid and find them somehow? Clue me in, because I’m all kinds of clueless.

You will need to complete a purge, it a random cage thrall from there

If you could answer one more. I use to just unlock a cage and the npc would follow me. Now they just wander off aimlessly. Is this a glitch, or part of the update where I gotta bonk them as well in order to keep them as a thrall?

Believed to be a glitch, no official response from FC, there are at least 2 threads on it. You will need to knock them out for now if you see one you want.

The bug is only on the original cages. The purge cages work normal. And you can get barkeep on level 1 purge. Got 3 out of the 6 we ran one night.

Also, imo, the bug is not a bug, bit a shadow fix to people unlicking cages and leaving the thrall behind. If thw camp doesnt kill them, then it can cause issues when others go to them.
