Isle of Siptah failing to load

Basic Info:

Platform: Game Pass

Bug Description:

I was playing on IoS for hours just fine then it started to lag really bad so I figured I would log off and reload fresh. Now I cannot play IoS at all. Starts to load and then just blinks and closes entirely. I end up right back in the Xbox app. I have no issued loggin into and playing on the Exiled Lands. What just happened to IoS??

Bug Reproduction:

All I have to do is try to play on the IoS on the PC and it fails to load every time. No issues on the Xbox Console.

Were you already able to access the Isle of Siptah?

If you’re still having issues we suggest you to follow these steps:

  1. Open the Xbox app for Windows.
  2. In My Library, select the game title.
  3. Select the More options (…) button and choose Manage.
  4. Select Files and then Verify and repair.

You should be able to access after following these steps, however if you’re still having issues let us know as well as the server number you were trying to access.
