Game consistently crashing XBox Series X single player

Platform: Xbox Series X

Map: Isle of Siptah

Bug Description:

Game will constantly crash when playing Isle of Siptah map on single player. I have tried clearing XBox cache/full re-install of game/soft-reset of console, issue still persists. It used to crash on load screen but yesterday started up a new game and now is crashing while just walking around. I tried taking video of it but I recording through xbox is disabled for this game.

Bug Reproduction:

Logged into my game and walked a few steps then game crashed. Occurred 5 times in a row.

Load up Exiled Lands first on single player or online and then load up Siptah. Are you running an external hard drive at all?

No external hard drive, everything is on the internal. I am able to load up my game on Exiled Lands and it runs perfectly, but then once I try Siptah it crashes when I run over what seems to be one certain spot

Try deleting your local save game and resyncing your gamer tag

I’ve tried deleting local games numerous times, still persists. Last night I deleted my save games from everywhere, so I lost both saves (Exiles/Siptah). It seems to be working ok now, had 1 random crash though but nothing persistent.
