Isle of Siptah not registering on account

Bug Description:

Cannot play Isle of Siptah DLC, I own the DLC and it is installed but every time I try to launch the game it says that I do not own the DLC. Can’t believe I spent money on this broken buggy heap of crap. Also I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the DLC and then the entire game, did not fix. So far that’s 3 full reinstalls of the game and $15 down the drain.

Bug Reproduction:

Simply trying to play the game.
