Isle of Siptah Bug

, ,

Basic Info:

Platform: PlayStation 4
Issue Type: Other
Game Mode: Online Private
Server Type: PvE
Map: Isle of Siptah
Server Name: Dread Isle

Bug Description:

Today, upon trying to join my server, it keeps popping up the PS Store on the Isle of Siptah DLC (which it shows I already purchased in the store) and backing out of it to return to the game tells me that I do not own this DLC and need to purchase it to join the server. Single player is unaffected, and I can play on the map in singleplayer/co-op only.

Bug Reproduction:

Select an Isle of Siptah online server, attempt to join, bug is reproduced perfectly.

same for me

Me 2 ps5. Maybe two more people in waks discord chat as well.

Exactly the same here.

Single Player Siptah is fine.
Attempts to play on Siptah on servers, official or private, redirects this one to stare at the purchased box under Isle of Siptah in the PS Store.

Also, connecting to Funcom Live services seemed to take longer than usual.

Same issue on PC. It launches the Steam Store and tells me I need to by the DLC

I was furiously trying to figure this out today, I’ve deleted and redownloaded it a couple times. Anyway so is there any kind of fix coming?

Is there really no way of getting a hold of someone? I’ve tried two different social media platforms and no one’s responding :sob::sweat_smile:

The same error for me :face_exhaling:

Add me to this list as well. I cannot log on to Siptah either. Says I need to purchase the DLC. Which…I have had since day one. I’m on PS5.

Server Type: PvE
Map: Isle of Siptah
Server Name: Grayslake 18+

Bug Description:

Tried to log into my private Siptah server after the update and was rerouted to the PS Store for the Isle of Siptah DLC (which I have already purchased) Message states that I do not own this DLC and need to purchase it to join the server. Single player is unaffected.
Restored game licenses and that did not help either
I can play on single player and co-op, but cannot play o n the private server I am paying for.
Sent a ticket to support regarding this and the only response after 24 hours is to bounce over to the forums to see everyone else’s rants - NOT HELPFUL

So here’s my rant: HEY F*COM! GET THIS MESS STRAIGHTENED OUT IN A TIMELY MANNER INSTEAD OF REDIRECTIGN ME HERE - RESPOND TO MY DAMN TICKET AND LET ME KNOW WHEN YOU’LL HAVE IT FIXED!

Rant over.

Bug Reproduction:

Select an Isle of Siptah online server, attempt to join, receive same message stating I need to buy a DLC that I have already purchased.

I’m just going out on a limb here, but I get the feeling this may be linked to the Twitch drops trouble shooting. Considering it’s mentioning stuff about the dlc not working or not being owned… I’m making an educated guess and assuming they’re trying to figure out how to make it actually recognize the items. In the process, it breaks the game. Now, I could be wrong, but it seems awfully coincidental.

Just to note, may want to give it a try again, seems resolved on this one’s end.
