Server type: PvE

Running a server and game on same computer, but receiving an error message about 5 times everytime I start the server. Also, won’t let me connect to it!
Tried using the DedicatedServer Application and selecting “Multihome” with 127.0.0.1 set to it.
Also, tried running without and applying Multihome=127.0.0.1 to the Game.ini and batch run file as “-MULTIHOME=127.0.0.1”
Error Message:
The procedure entry point **INSERT LONG MIXED JARGAN" could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamclient64.dll
Went to the folder and the .dll file is clearly there!
My friend on the same network can play, but I cannot log into the server from the same computer.
Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
