Issue with the Kambujan shaman gloves

Please be as descriptive as possible!

Game mode: Singleplayer
Problem: Bug
Region: North america
When tried to repair a pair of Kambujan shaman gloves using materials it just shows the repair timer. after waiting five miniutes i exited the session and reentered it, this allowed me to re equip it, but with no repairs having been applied to the item.

Repro steps:

  1. make a pare of Kambujan shaman gloves
    2.Damage the gloves
    3.Attempt to repair the Kambujan shaman gloves

Its also happining with the sets chest piece.

I forgot to mention that dropping the armor does not stop its repair.
