It’s Time for Conan to Leave the Bar

Hello Exiles

So the game’s been out for a few years, and I can’t help but notice that in all that time…Conan has not left the bar.

Now I understand, the man loves to drink. But, he loves to fight even more!

So Funcom Brains, here’s my suggestion…

Make Conan a character you can call upon for a major boss fight. He would be an NPC, not a tameable thrall, and he spawns in to aid you in some big fight.

The benefits:
It’s fun
You get to play with Conan
It gives Conan something to do (poor fellow)

You could even include some dialogue at the end of the fight, maybe Conan can provide you with a reward?

You could use some kind of one-time use item to call for Conan’s aid.

To obtain the one-time use item you have to complete some kind of dungeon or boss fight.

It might take a bit of coding effort on Funcom’s part but it would make for a really fun new mechanic.

Join the quest everyone! Let’s call for Conan to become an active character!

Maybe Conan rescue the princess Mek-kamoses planning to sacrifice. Curious how will the story progress, will ritual succeed or fail.

I’ll repeat my suggestion to use Conan in the game in the way he behaves in the stories:

When a female player character gets below 10% health, there’s a 10% chance that Conan shows up, kills all enemies, and the player character respawns in his bar without any clothes or gear.
