Ok i think the problem is gone, i bought new item on the shop and everything is ok

i tried to claim item from Rewards - yes its worked. But what about items that was bought and not delivered? I have “bought” max rank combos and spells item, points spent but no item in my inventory still.

It worked for me with max inventory slots and additional character slot.

I received an item i bought several days ago AND i bought items after (yesterday) and it worked.
