Item shop and subscriptions rewards "broken"

Hey there,

I’m sure you received a good amount of petitions for it, but it lacks, imho, of a place where we could get updates on it as community (since nothing has been posted on forum, afaik)

Since last server resets, sub rewards and item shops purchase doesnt’t work properly. It consumes FC coins (for the shop) or later says the items have been claimed (for the rewards), but nothing appears neither in claim, inventory, or chat window to confirm it.

Lots of people end up trying to buy cause they are not aware of the current shop state. and global chat in game can’t spam this all day.

If you can/want to update some of the player base here, please be my guest :slight_smile:

Good luck for sorting it out, we do hope it’s just a minor maintenance to do (and we do hope to get our claims and purchases back ;))

Account debiting seems to work, just getting the item that you just paid for is bugged.

yes as i said, for the item shop the FC points are consumed, but no delivery.

for sub rewards it registered they been looted, but no delivery either.
login rewards work.

@AndyB @Spynosaur_Nicole hello can you pkease fix item shop that was broken since server restart and deliver items that we are paid with REAL money?!

Same thing for me, 1500 tokens gone but still no reward. I’ve send a ticket but i think i will not get an answer :frowning:

seems the problem has been solved, yesterday or the day before.

good to see someone is still taking a bit of care of our fav game :slight_smile:
