After I bought it and after the update to chapter 4, items such as Aesir constructions and items from the spiders and webs for dungeons disappeared from both the builder’s hammer and the craftsman’s bench.
look in the list of items at unlock and unlock it if it is inside

I give You more realiable answer as user. I also have bug that after login i had not avaiable any of previously bought bazar items, rewards from previous battle passes and twich drops. After coubple minutes i relog and it was avaiable again. Try check that.
