Items disappearing when moved to furnace

It happened now twice in 24 hours that items disappear the moment we try to move then into the Heat-efficient furnace. Yesterday it was a full stack of steelfire. It just vanished.
Today we wanted to move black ice to the furnace and it just disappeared too.

For items like black ice its very frustrating to just lose it all.
We checked if it went elsewhere in inventory, or furnace slot or dropped to the ground immediately. Nothing to be found.

I believe its fair to say this shall not happen. Some items are difficult enough to obtain.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Items in personal inventory
  2. Open inventory of heat-efficient furnace
  3. Drag or double-click item you want to move
  4. Items sometimes vanish
    (Not 100% reproducible at this point to us)

Try opening the furnace, closing it, then opening again.

Thanks Ascophyllum. I tried that too. Furnace inventory, my inventory. Even after the relog today nothing.
And the other clan member today lost black ice the same way. It just went poof. No sign of it anywhere even after closing and re-opening the inventory screens. ;_;

Addendum:
Again official server #1000
Last night I build the tribok on our roof.
Upgraded it twice.
I logged in 30 Minutes ago and its gone.
The other two items I placed on the roof are still there but the tribok vanished. :frowning:
