Good morning,

I would like to know if it is possible to obtain items, plans, recipes from the expansion: Isle of Siptah, on the Land of Exile.
Without going to Siptah.

NPC who sells?
Chest ?

Welcome to the forum.
Plain simple answer, No.
But tbh, you don’t need them either, the only necessary thing Siptah has is “dogs” , nothing else! Exile lands gear is awesome!
