Items not delivered from store and can't re-request

I claimed the free Heckler Juice for lvl 60 and lvl 100 through subscriber rewards on my character Badprofit and though I was told it was mailed, I never got it.

Now I’m stuck where it won’t let me get it again from the store.

I submitted a petition also about this.
