Store Purchases/Item Claims not working

Hi! Happy new year!

We’re aware of reports of store purchases or claims not arriving. Following a brief maintenance period, the item store and daily rewards system should be back online as of this writing, and we’re working on a plan to make sure all pending purchases/claims made over the holidays are delivered properly.
