Items/structures placed in shallow water area becomes inaccessible.

Due to the way water surface seems to work as a wall, if you cant get deep down enough or unless the object sticks out of the water you end up with the inability to target and interact with the object. Fish pods, foundations etc.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Place object/structure just below the water line in a very shallow water area.
  2. Try interact with said object from both above and under the water.

This is a VERY IMPORTANT and OLD BUG indeed.

CAN NOT TARGET anything under water (if I can not dive deep enough). I suppose it is because of water having own E toggle with only 1 option - drink. This is useless and can be removed.
