Agreed.
Maybe adjust it so thirst doesn’t decrease during rain. Also an adjustment so everything doesn’t look wet when it rains indoors.
hummmm… have you ever tried to get the rain with your mouth, or fill a bottle with it? its veeeeery hard

As a child i would hold up my rain coat so that a puddle of water would form in it and then throw the water at someone else… and no i don’t play pvp anymore!
The exiled lands are a hard environment, so I think our character would be able to manage, rain does not fight back afterall 
Add a Rain barrel. Craftable with simple wood and twine. Refills like a well, but only when it rains.

Or they could implement something like in “The Forest” where you gather the shell of a turtle (in Conan it could be a Shaleback) and build something to collect rain out of that.
I somehow prefer the asthetics of this over a plain barrel TBH 
No sorry that would just be another build thing. I think that if it rains the rain should be like a river, press e and you will be hydrated.
Maybe some kind of tool then like the turtle shell idea or a big leaf of some kind. Use it like a water skin, but only works when raining.
Drinking rain as it’s falling is difficult to get any useful amount of water. But maybe we can just use our imagination and assume a puddle or device was used.
