I’ve lost my character in a server transfer can I get the characters back

Seems like the answer has consistently been: No.

Wow that would suck and I like three and a half years of playing on one of those characters
Full disclosure: I don’t know.
But so far, only reports of lost toons. None recovered. Funcom is keeping silent on the issue other than to say the usual “we’re aware of the situation”. And many long term players have added replies to posts like yours saying there’s no chance of recovery if it’s an official server that can’t be rolled back. So, those are the factoids I’m going from.

Luckily I got a good clan members and they’ll be able to give me mostly what I’ve lost
You could send it message to @Community explaining what happened perhaps they could use information to prevent this in the future. Good luck starting over.

FUncom is following the same path of destruction.
Ive lost two sets of god breaker armor on the same toon. It will take a long time to make another set.
I attempted to uploaded an alt character just now, but i couldn’t. I was getting that error. I tried it a few times, then decided to stop. Didn’t wanna push my luck, so I gave up, since I didn’t wanna lose a bladesmith I was carrying that took forever to find. I was also experiencing issues with signing into the Funcom servers and it said it may be limited. I suspect that may contribute to the error, but not sure.

I think they should down the option until this issue is resolved.
@Caroll will we get our characters back?? I had that character since the game came out. He had everything.
