Javelin dont damage under water

Did something change in the latest update as i was unable to do any damage to a few players that ran and hid in the water. I know u used to be able to use them to do damage to people but yeah kinda a bummer

Steps on how to reproduce issue:
1.spend ages making ancient javelins
2.find people that raided you
3.they hide in water
4.feel sad when u realise u cant even damage them and they just spend the whole time wadeing in the water safe as houses

You can place bombs in the water and explosive arrows explode under the water too, you just need to be outside to use bow. For bombs if it’s deep, place some foundations for range of explosion hit them or to scare them out. Also poison arrows works like explosive, combine both.
