So to start the reason I quit was because of the under meshers and speedhackers and other types of cheats. They made the game unplayable. Fast forward couple of years later, and on Official server #1136 there are at least 10 cheaters 
1/4th of the server population is cheating and what the trashcom do about it? Nothing. Reported them via ticket, nothing happened. Reported them through steam. Nothing happened. I want to give a very warm **** you trashcom, garbage company. Fix your anti cheat before you try to sell dlc’s and other crap. Predatory tactics and does absolutely nothing about the massive plague of cheaters.

i have also found reporting to be completely pointless, even though it is what they reccommend in blue posts to solve most problems. I reported someone for spamming foundation blocks on my server and all i got back was:
Kind makes the whole reporting systems pointless. What is the point in even having the option to report a “claim spam” if it is not going to be investigated. To me it just seems they do not have the staff or resources to examine each individual case, either that or they did not believe my report was valid and thought they would brush me off in a nice polite way.

The concern is that they got caught up in their own trap.
The PVP clans massively use the report system to remove the rival clans.
As these are massively postponed, Funcom prioritizes these reports to the depends of legitimate reports.
They (Funcom) finds himself overwhelmed by the mass of reproduction and cannot (for lack of personal) not examined all complaints.

Every single damn one, even those that don’t have population.
Even though there was recently a Steam purge.

You must remember Funcom is only out for one thing
