Bug Description:
After putting in all the materials to craft the Keystone, the materials disappeared from the altar and the Keystone was not created.
Bug Reproduction:
I gathered the materials for the Keystone, placed it in the Chaosmouth altar and they disappeared. Keystone didn’t appear.
