When I go to the Khitan Trader to turn in Obulus it’s just their inventory screen like they are one of my thralls. I have 60+ mods installed, and am slowly removing each when I get the chance to play. If anyone has some insight into which types of mods I should target to make this a bit easier I would be very greatful…

I have just noticed the same issue last night. I was hoping it had something to do with the full body loot mod that I was going to remove anyway but had no affect.
Sadly, heading into the office right now, so will have to wait to test further later but here is a list of all my currently installed mods (in respective order) so you can cross check these first.

Will begin to dissect once I’m home from work.
Five of the same mods, and one by one elimination showed that it’s Aquilonia Server Mod causing the issue.
Damn, I was really hoping it wasn’t that one because I like a lot of their stuff in addition to the level and feat increase 
I tested the mod solely by itself thinking it could have been a siptah or load order conflict but the issue remains in the exiled lands as well 
No way to comment or discuss on Steam either?
No way to comment that I could find, not even a discord link on the workshop page. You figure though with such a issue that the author has to be aware of it somehow…
It is one of the more recently updated mods so I would assume someone would have tipped them off (assuming it’s not just the two of us) and should hopefully be resolved soon.
For the time being I’ll probably just look for an alternative way for players to purchase them as I’m on a dedicated server.
I got in contact with someone who escalated the issue to the dev. Patch/fix was released today.
