Lag, invisible vaults, extreme rubber banding around L13 island and beach area

Bug Description:

Vaults are not loading in, they are there but invisible. Cannot access them or demolish them. Extreme lag in the area where they are placed L13 beach right across the island. Stamina will not regen well in this area, lots of rubberbanding.

Bug Reproduction:

Just run to L13 on server 6101, enjoy the lag and running into invisible vaults.
