The lag start when the FPS of the server got low. This occurs several times during the day, getting 5-30 minutes stuck on a ping 1020 and FPS 2.

I dont think this is just server related, we have started to have the same issue too. Nothing for us has changed, we have cleared up the server, upgraded it, moved its machine with the provider and its still laggy. Lots of rubber banding.
