The problem is, no one knows what those rules are. If you read this post which gives examples of excessive land claim, and then go and look at many of the large bases being reported, there is no comparison between the two. You can build well within the ‘spirit’ of the rules and still receive a suspension because the Customer Support people are enforcing a different set of rules.
Furthermore, since the ‘New Journey’ was released, there is no longer a journey to find every location on the map, so blocking a point of interest should not be reportable. They really need to update the build rules so everyone is on the same page.
