Lagging so much i cant even walk

Region: [South America/LATAM]

Im having this lag issue for almost a month and i literally tried everything, dns, reinstall, 720p, turn off firewalls, etc. I cant connect to any online server, and if i pass the logging screen everything lags so much i cant even walk. The support tech from my internet provider allready tried everything he could do to try to solve this problem, but nothing works, i hope anyone can give me a last tip for what to do about this, its unbearable, i was having so much fun playing on a RP server after one year on PVP intoxicating servers, i really wish someone could help ;_;

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Play the game on LATAM Servers
  2. Eventually any other servers will start lagging

The firewall statement is giving birth to this question, you play pc or ps4? Plus did you try to play any other online game?
