Lagging so much Impossible to play

Region: Latam Server #4504 Ps4

It’s only on Latam servers. My clan game can’t stop lagging when we join our server. I already did everything on ps4, change dns, call the internet, reinstall the game…, but is only on This game and I search for this issue and I see this already happens to anothers players before, so its not a ps4 update bug. I really don’t know how to fix it. Obs: the game works perfect on single mode.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

Could you let us know if your console is on a wired connection and, if not, verify if that helps?

What sort of ping values do you get to LATAM servers in average?

Yes, this happens only on Latam servers and my ps4 is on a wired connection, I get like 60 ping on the server that I play (the #4504) and the others is like 60-100 to. I’m from Brazil so Latam is the best for me. Pls help because I like this game a lot.

If you don’t mind I don’t do online in this game however on other games that need internet the regional is selected might be to far away and it’s cause more lag do to a delay in info swaps because the server room was really far away now I don’t know where the server you getting on is but can you find others on the server not your clan mates and ask if they have same problem

I got in contact with the internet people and I discover that this problem is not because of the game or internet speed but it seems to be a problem with my internet operator and the Latam servers, they asked me to ask you guys for support. They said that there is nothing wrong with my router configuration so they don’t know what it is.

I’m from Brazil too, and I’m experiencing lags too, playing on cooperative single player. Frequently. I don’t remember having so much lags before.
